Quad 350 cc.
It is very easy to get on the saddle of a quad bike and ride, but it is different to ride with your head, to behave prudently and judiciously, where you are not risking yourself, third parties or the environment around you. Because, believe us, riding an ATV is a lot of fun and there is no need to perform feats of bravery and unsafe driving. That is why, before setting off, Piemonte Rent will ask you to behave responsibly to protect your safety and that of others. For your own better preparation, below you will find the fundamental points of our form, which you must not only read but absolutely respect. Because for us, respect is the basis of everything, especially a good friendship that Piemonte Rent wishes to establish with you, future quad-rider!
Nb: this page shows you the main points we work with for your safety; the actual form will be on paper and we will give it to you at the pre-tour briefing.
Driving is easy with the quad
We offer you the possibility of driving these special off-road vehicles in absolute safety and comfort, without worrying about losing your balance - because you will be on four wheels - or having to change gears, just like a motorbike - the quads we have are in fact single gear, easy to use and always rigorously checked and overhauled, so as not to jeopardise your safety:
- You can drive with a B or A licence (over 18 years of age); helmets and headlights must be worn at all times.
- They are also ideal and practical for WOMEN .
- They can carry up to 2 persons.
- Ideal for walking CHILDREN (minimum age 6 years), who will be the responsibility of the parent.
It will be necessary :
- Be in possession of regular, unexpired documents (which Piemonte Rent undertakes to photocopy)
- Having examined the rented quad bike, having learnt the few but fundamental instructions that Piemonte Rent asks you to adopt.
Norms and Behaviour :
- Make a commitment to wear a helmet (on loan) and to have your passenger wear one; it is not only compulsory but indispensable for your safety.
- Commit yourself to always follow the indications of Piemonte Rent staff: respect nature; do not light fires; do not frighten grazing livestock; slow down when crossing built-up areas; do not drive on paths in the opposite direction; watch out for agricultural vehicles that may cross on secondary roads; never overtake Piemonte Rent drivers; always behave in a safe, autonomous and prudent manner and with respect for the rights of others and for the hired quad.
- Piemonte Rent recommends 'onion' (layered) clothing: long trousers/jeans, T-shirt and sweatshirt, boots, waterproof jacket and scarf/foulard to cover your neck. In the winter season, you can also wear a snowsuit and, in any case, a knitted sock and an extra jumper is all you need to tackle our fun tours in the cold!
Responsibility :
- The user is responsible for the quad bike from the moment it is collected until it is returned.
- ATVs are covered by third-party liability insurance, which means that cover only applies to transfers on paved roads. Any damage caused to the quad bike, whether due to carelessness or carelessness in driving, is entirely the responsibility of the user.
- Consequently, you release Piemonte Rent from any liability for damage to your person, the passenger carried or third parties.
- The user is also responsible for the equipment that is given on loan for use (the helmet, gloves, etc.) and is therefore required to use it properly, otherwise they will also be liable for any damage to it.
